Advanced Civil Design is an independent Civil Design and Land Surveying business with decades of experience in the office and the field. Jerry and Pamela are a husband and wife team in the field and in the office. Advanced Civil Design has a goal to meet or beat established deadlines without sacrificing quality. If they are too busy to accept a project, they would rather recommend another Land Surveyor than create a conflict in scheduling.

Jerry has spent nearly his entire life here in the Valley of the Sun. He spent 5 years in New Mexico where he graduated from High School in 1975. In 1977 after graduating from the Drafting and Land Surveying program at the Albuquerque Technical Vocational Institute he returned to Phoenix, Arizona.

After a few years as a Land Surveyor he was managing a crew on his own. He attended Phoenix College and completed their course on "Boundary Control and Legal Principles" based on the book of the same name.

Over the years his knowledge of the engineering acquired from his field experience has allowed him to branch out as a Civil Designer as well. As a Civil Designer he has completed entire subdivisions.

In 2008 he created Advanced Civil Design to use his skills as a Civil Designer to assist engineering firms and AZ Land Surveying to use his knowledge and skill as a Land Surveyor. His attention to details and his client's needs has caused it to continually grow each year.
