What does a Land Survey or Property Cost?

How much does a Property Survey Cost - Free Estimate

Ethical standards for licensed professionals, such as Land Surveyors, prevent us from providing advertised rates or general costs for property surveys.

The exact cost of a survey is based directly on the time required to survey the property.

The legal description of the property will determine the extent of the area to be surveyed in order to properly restore the boudary lines.

Additionally, the quote for your survey must be based on the existing conditions and any additional requirements for the property survey. A property survey of an open vacant lot would take several hours less to complete as compared with a boundary survey on the side of a hill full of vegetation. Therefore, set fees are not practical given the wide variety of conditions which can be found.

The free exact cost quotes are typically returned the same day

If our fee is accepted, and we have a signed agreement, the price will never change unless the work requested changes.

For your quote we will only need the Property address or assessor's parcel number (APN)
