Jerry Webster, The Arizona Land Surveyor and Pamela Webster, Owners/Managers of AZ Land Survevying
We are a small company and Pamela and I personally perform nearly 100% of the work required to run our business, including this website. We personally care about how our business is performing. Being a small company, our performance for every project directly affects us.
AZ Land Surveying has been successful since 2008 because client satisfaction is important to us. We have decades of experience in the office and the field. It is our goal to meet or beat established deadlines without sacrificing quality. We like our bids to be affordable and dislike providing extremely high bids to cover our risk. We would rather decline the bid and refer another qualified Land Surveyor if we feel our bid would be too high. By following these simple principles our client list has been growing every year.
Jerry is a member of the Arizona Professional Land Surveyors, which represents over 600 Professional Land Surveyors in Arizona. Jerry is an Arizona native and has been land surveying in Arizona since 1977.
Jerry has spent nearly his entire life here in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. Over the years, his knowledge of land surveying and civil engineering, acquired from his education and field experience, has allowed him to branch out as a Civil Designer as well. In the 4 year period prior to establishing Advanced Civil Design, Jerry worked for a local Civil Engineering firm as a lead designer, finalizing the design and drawings for entire subdivisions.
Pamela has decades of experience assisting Civil Engineers and Land Surveyors. Although Pamela is not pursuing a Professional Land Surveyor License, she is highly qualified with over 6 years land surveying experience in the field.
Below are a couple of pictures from a fishing trip to the Flaming Gorge Reservoir in northern Utah. It is the home of some very large Lake Trout. The largest fish was a 57 pound Lake Trout caught and released in 2017 but the record was disqualified because the angler's license had expired. We had a fun time and a great guide. The Lake Trout I caught and released weighed 20 pounds. Pamela's catch and released fish was not put on a scale but it is not a small one either.
The friendly Captain Dan from the www.flaminggorgefishingco.com Flaming Gorge Fish Company had a great boat that was modern and very comfortable to fish from.
