How long does a property survey take in Arizona?
Most lot surveys and boundary surveys can be completed in a single day. Sometimes conditions or problems can cause it to take longer.
- Previous survey errors
- Discrepancies between monuments found
- Heavy vegetation
- Occasionally weather
Any such additional work required will be done at our expense. Most surveys with difficulties are completed in a single day.
The only honest answer, because occasionally major discrepancies are found is; The amount of time it takes to be certain your survey is accurate. As it should be for any Land Surveyor, we do not sacrifice integrity in order to complete a survey.
ALTA Surveys typically take longer. A small business site's ALTA Survey may have the field work completed in a single day. A 10 acre apartment complex may take over a week for the field work.
We take our computer in the field with us and evaluate everything on-site as required.
