Regulations for licensed professionals, such as Land Surveyors, prevent us from providing advertised rates or general costs for property surveys.
The legal description of the property will determine the extent of the area to be surveyed in order to properly restore the boudary lines.
Additionally, the quote for your survey must be based on the existing conditions and any additional requirements for the property survey. A property survey of an open vacant lot would take several hours less to complete as compared with a boundary survey on the side of a hill full of vegetation. Therefore, set fees are not practical given the wide variety of conditions which can be found.
