To perform any survey correctly, there are two requirements. These are the Land Surveyor's knowledge of a lawyer to understand the state laws and legal principles, and the Land Surveyor's ability to properly investigate and understand evidence when questionable items are found. The methods Land Surveyor's use to measure has changed frequently, the legal principles establishing boundaries have not. Therefore, legal experience does matter. We will never sacrifice investigation requirements for saving time. Even though property monuments may be found, we will not just accept them as accurate. We want to prove them as being accurate.
Will our attention to details cost our clients time or money?
Never! It is only a few hours of difference of land surveying work on a small property survey or large boundary survey. Our fees are very competative and, fixed prior to the field work. We typically meet short deadlines on property surveys. We pay strict attention to our scheduling. Our deadlines are clearly established prior to contracting our Land Surveyor's services. We do not create a survey deadline that we do not intend to meet or beat.

A Lot Survey or Boundary Survey
WHAT YOU GET - An Arizona Licensed Professional Land Surveyor will be directly involved in 100% of the work, not just supervising. As any Land Surveyor should, we will search for a previous property survey and boundary surveys of adjacent properties. If there is an existing property survey by another Land Surveyor, that data will be used only for comparison. We will perform our own measurements of every survey monument required to resolve your property's boundary. We will search for any existing property monuments, such as rebar's or chiseled marks. Any property corner not found while performing your property survey will be replaced, using the legal principles of Land Surveying and Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards. Any property corner found which is not accurate per the Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards will be rejected and a new monument will be placed. Every Property Survey we perform will be permanently recorded at the Maricopa County Recorder's Office as a Results of Survey. You will receive a copy of the Results of Survey depicting your Property Boundary Survey. If there is anything out of the ordinary found while performing your property survey, the Results of Survey drawing will include a written report describing the details of how your property boundary was resolved. It will be officially certified by an Arizona Registered Land Surveyor. You will be given the Maricopa County recording number of your Property Boundary Survey . With that number, you may obtain another copy of your boundary survey from the County Recorder at any time.
