Parcels 10 and 11 of La Mancha, according to the plat of record in the office of the county recorder in Maricopa County, Arizona, recorded in Book 193 of maps, Page 19.
It was discovered that the intersection at Las Palmaritas Drive and 19th Avenue did not match the measurements of the previous survey or the recorded plat of La Mancha. Extensive research and measurements were taken to resolve the proper legal solution.
